Since August 2012 we have extended our offer by an automatic line for alkaline zinc plating on racks. Thanks to this new investment, we can increase the efficiency and repeatability of zinc plating process. Workpieces entrusted to us are zinc plated according to PN EN ISO 2081:2011 standard.

We offer our customers short execution times for their orders, and durable and flexible coatings which excellently protect the products against corrosion and give them an aesthetic look.

Last year in our galvanizing plant we implemented a new, duplex type, method of nickel treatment. It consists in applying a glossy nickel coating on a semi-glossy nickel sub-layer. This treatment method is used for the production of elements which require high resistance to corrosion and resistance to high temperatures            (e.g. motorcycle silencers)
